By shopping at donerknives.com you agree to these terms and conditions. Prices are shown excluding VAT (25%). VAT is added at checkout. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). Payment is processed via Mollie. We accept cards, Swish, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Delivery within 2-5 business days in Europe. Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping and choice of carrier The shipping price at checkout is a shipping fee for the delivery level you select. The carrier shown is the one we expect to use, but it may have to be changed. We book shipping through an external shipping broker. It happens that a carrier cannot be booked for your particular address at the time of booking — the service may lack pricing data, have temporary restrictions to your country, or be unable to handle the address. Rather than letting your order sit and wait, we then manually select another carrier. We choose the option that is best for both parties, and we prioritise delivery time — you should receive your parcel as close to the promised time as possible. You never pay more than the shipping price you approved at checkout; if the new shipping costs more, we cover the difference. You always receive the carrier and tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. If the change does not suit you, contact us before the parcel is dispatched and we will sort it out.
