Which machine models do your blades fit?

Our blades fit most doner machine models, including Dost, Jet, Tandir, Alkadur, Atalay, Ceylan, Gurden, IDM, Korkmaz and Potis.

What blade sizes are available?

We offer blades in 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm and 140mm. Both smooth and serrated options are available.

What is the difference between smooth and serrated blades?

Smooth blades provide clean cuts and are ideal for thinly sliced meat. Serrated blades are better for thicker cuts and frozen or hard meat.

What material are the blades made of?

Our blades are made of hardened stainless steel (56-58 HRC) and comply with EU food safety regulation EC 1935/2004.

What is the delivery time?

We deliver within 2-5 business days across Europe. Free shipping on all orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all common payment methods via Mollie, including cards, Klarna and bank transfer.

Can I return products?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU legislation. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Blade Maintenance

How do I maintain my doner knife blade?

Clean the blade after each use with warm water and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

How long does a blade last?

With proper maintenance, our blades typically last 3-6 months depending on usage intensity.

Are prices including VAT?

No, all prices are shown excluding VAT (25%). VAT is added at checkout.
